A rare Alsatian variety, grown at Zenith Vineyard since 1999 and believed to be the oldest planting of its kind in the United States. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak, it offers notes of lemon verbena, white grapefruit, and biscotti, framed by lively acidity. Drink now through 2028.
