Zenith’s 2016 vintage was early, ripe and beautiful! Weather was warm and perfect all season. We harvested our Estate Pinot Noir on September 13^th through 26^th. The Estate Pinot noir is dark and powerfully structured; a wine for the cellar as well as early enjoyment! The wine is 48% Pommard (blocks 6-G, 4-B & 7-G); 26% clone 115 (block 8-A); 12% clone667 (block 8-B); 7% Waidenswil clone (block 2-A) and 7% clone114 (block 1-F). It was aged for twelve months in 20% new French oak barrels. 600 cases produced.  13.8% ABV
