First planted in 2003, Tempranillo has quickly become one of Zenith Vineyard’s most sought-after varietals. Harvested on October 8^th from Block 2-K clone 2, our Estate Tempranillo was fermented with native yeast and barrel aged for 12 months. Using a combination of 10% new American oak with the remaining 90% in neutral oak, this classic Spanish  varietal delivers dark berry fruit and spice, supported by a firm structure built for hearty cuisine. 125 cases produced. 14.1% ABV.
